ONES SYSTEM SDN BHD operates the AWAN IoT, which provides the Service.
This page is used to inform application users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, AWAN IoT.

The Service will not record user’s Personal Information except with the permission and voluntarily provided by the user. This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.

AWAN IoT collects data with the consent of the user and is registered voluntarily through, but not limited to, manual registration by authorized administrative users.
Machine location and performance data will only be collected once the permission to access device location is granted and allowed by the user.
Data collected varies according to the purpose (based on the use of functions / modules of the Service used by the user), the Personal Information that are usually collected are as follows:

The purpose of data collection is as follows:
To enable verification and access of authorized users for monitoring the data enabled by Service.
To prevent unauthorized users from accessing the data monitored within the Service.
To display the status of monitored user device for informative purpose.
To collect monitored device performance data including and not limited to crash logs and performance diagnostics for diagnostic and improvement purpose.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
